1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Talyx purchases ($29 one-time license). No questions asked. No justification required.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at talyx.app/contact with your purchase email and Stripe receipt.
  2. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
  3. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (typically 5-10 business days).

3. EU Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days under Directive 2011/83/EU. Our 14-day guarantee matches this period — you are fully covered.

4. After a Refund

Your license key will be deactivated. You may purchase a new license at any time.

5. Exceptions

We may deny refunds in cases of: repeated purchase/refund abuse, license key sharing or reselling, or fraudulent chargebacks filed before contacting us.
